Visits to this website

We measure visits to understand which products people browse and how to improve the store. This includes pages and categories viewed, where a visit came from, device type, approximate country or city, time a page is visible and clicks on WhatsApp links.

A random visit reference is kept in your browser tab. It expires after 30 minutes without activity. It is not your name or phone number and does not identify you across devices.

Our visit records do not store IP addresses, full browser identifiers or message contents. Our website hosting provider may process request information in its own operational logs.

WhatsApp enquiries and orders

Our WhatsApp links include a Store ref. If you send the message, the store owner can use that reference to connect your enquiry to a website visit and record whether it led to a sale. This website cannot read your WhatsApp conversations or see an unsent message.

If you choose to share your shopping purpose or budget, we may record a broad category, such as buying a gift or a budget range. Store owners can also record reply times, order references, sales amounts and refunds to improve service and understand results.

Access and storage

Only approved store administrators can read these private reports and records. The visit records do not contain visitors’ names or phone numbers, although a Store ref can be linked to a message you send.

Reports can cover up to 90 days at a time. This is a reporting limit, not an automatic deletion period. Event records remain until the owner removes them; there is currently no automatic deletion schedule.
